Flexible companies agree on the importance of being creative when defining people policies during a recession to attract and retain talent as well as promoting honest and open communications with employees and stakeholders. Social platforms get the word out quickly when a company is noteworthy – allowing everyone to share & participate in the discussion. Just be sure to keep the content authentic, or you might end up like the the Twitter-ghostwriter as an example!
