- Based in Text 100’s Rochester office, Bethany helps her clients integrate digital into their PR campaigns. She is currently a senior account manager on the Xerox team – supporting the Services side of the business and heads up Text 100’s Xerox listening team. Most recently, Bethany has helped clients implement brand journalism projects, improve customer service through social listening and integrate digital elements into traditional PR campaigns. For Xerox, she contributed to PR activities surrounding the company’s successful acquisition of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. and the launch of Xerox’s Ready for Real Business advertising campaign. Bethany also serves as Rochester’s digital lead for Text 100 and sits on the board for the Rochester Public Relations Society of America. A graduate of St. Bonaventure University, Bethany holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication and minor in marketing. Outside of work, Bethany takes every opportunity she can to visit her family’s cottage in the Adirondacks.
